Made to order
Every piece in this studio is made to order. Nothing is printed until you place an order, which means your print is produced specifically for you rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Our fulfillment partner is Pictorem, a professional fine-art print studio with production facilities in the United States and Canada. Because each piece is custom-produced, please allow the production window below in addition to shipping time.
Production time
Most prints are produced within approximately 4–7 business days before they ship, though production time can vary by product type, size, and finishing option (for example, framed or custom-sized pieces may take longer than a standard canvas or paper print).

Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Production time is separate from, and in addition to, shipping transit time.

If your image requires special optimization before printing (for unusually sized or lower-resolution files), production may take a little longer, and we or Pictorem may contact you before printing proceeds.
Shipping time & cost
United States & Canada. Ground shipping is free on all orders shipped within the continental United States and Canada. Because Pictorem prints from facilities in New York and Montreal, U.S. customers do not pay customs fees or import duties on domestic shipments.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. These destinations require an air-shipping upgrade rather than standard ground service. Shipping cost for these locations is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
International orders. We currently ship internationally only on products that can be shipped rolled in a protective tube — including paper prints, canvas rolls, and murals. Framed prints, acrylic, metal, and wood prints are not currently available for international shipping. International shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery. Total delivery time is production time plus carrier transit time. A typical U.S. or Canadian order arrives within [10–14 business days] of ordering; international rolled shipments generally take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing (outside the U.S./Canada), and holidays can extend delivery.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
For shipments outside the United States and Canada, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost. We are unable to predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for a carrier to scan a package and activate tracking, so a “tracking not found” message immediately after shipment is normal. If tracking has not updated after 24 hours, please contact us.
Accuracy of shipping information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because each piece is custom-produced and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner, we are unable to intercept a package once production has begun. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, though we will do what we reasonably can to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Damaged, defective, or lost items
We want you to be genuinely happy with your piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match its listing, or if a shipment is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, if the item never arrived) at
[nathanielhunterjr@outlook.com], with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with Pictorem to arrange a replacement or refund for issues that are within our fulfillment partner’s control, consistent with their 30-day product guarantee.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects, printing errors on our part, and damage that occurred in transit.

It does not cover issues arising from an image file, sizing, or proof you approved before printing, or from normal wear after delivery.
Order changes & cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within [X hours] of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at [support email address] if you need to change or cancel an order — once production has started, we may not be able to stop or modify it.
